  • Do you deliver and set-up?

    Yes, all rentals are delivered to your event location and tent rentals include set-up and take-down. Deliveries are free within 20 miles of downtown Port Angeles, WA. We deliver to towns within Clallam County (Port Angeles, Sequim, Clallam Bay, Forks, Seiku, Neah Bay) and Jefferson County (Port Townsend, Port Ludlow, Port Hadlock). Give us a call to determine delivery rates for your event.

  • What should I order for my event?

    It depends on your guest count, seating style, and event type. We’re happy to help you choose the right set-up—just give us a few details and we can help you!

  • Are your tents waterproof?

    All of our tents are weather-resistant and suitable for light to moderate rain. Sidewalls are available for added protection and warmth.

  • What is your damage and deposit policy?

    A security deposit is required with each rental. The deposit helps cover any lost or significantly damaged items. Normal wear and tear is expected, but items returned with excessive damage, missing parts, or beyond reasonable cleaning may result in loss of deposit and replacement fees.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    When you have a location and guest count finalized give us a call! We typically book about 2-3 months in advance. Changes can be made up to the week of your event if inventory allows.

  • Do I need to be present for delivery and pick up?

    Delivery requires a person is present to direct where rentals should be placed and set-up. We do not require that someone is present for pick-up, as long as, the rentals are easily assessed and visable.
