  • What is your damage and deposit policy?
    A: A security deposit is required with each rental. The deposit helps cover any lost or significantly damaged items. Normal wear and tear is expected, but items returned with excessive damage, missing parts, or beyond reasonable cleaning may result in loss of deposit and replacement fees.
